We are celebrating! Some Spalding STEM Staff have unique summer plans! *Congratulations to third-grade teachers: Mrs. Bond, Mrs. Huffman, Ms. Egbert, and Mrs. Hunt. They have been awarded Scholarships to travel to Virginia to learn more about our Country’s Virginia Presidents, Visit Mt. Vernon, Monticello, Montpelier, and more! *Mrs. Roderick, our Computer Specialist, has been selected to be an instructor for i-STEM 2025 at Lewis and Clark State College in Lewiston
This week at Spalding STEM: 1) READ Week is THIS week! Monday- wear a hat, Tuesday- wear green, Wednesday- no school, Thursday- wear a shirt with a destination on it, Friday-pajama day. 2) Wednesday, March 5 is a Professional Development Day for staff- there is no school. 3) We are in the lead for elementary schools in the West Ada Hoops for Hunger campaign. 4) We are hiring- check out the West Ada website for more information. A parent newsletter was emailed this weekend, here are some highlights of what is coming up soon: PTO Meeting is March 11th Spring Break is March 15-23 Parent Input Meeting is on March 25th. Kindergarten Registration is on March 26th. April 15th --ISATS start for grades 3-5
