
The support that Mrs. Pearce provides our staff, students and parents on a daily basis is much appreciated. She is extremely proactive, anticipating the needs of our school, and is never hesitant to jump in and lend a hand whenever needed. You ROCK, Mrs. Pearce!


We appreciate all of the support that Mr. Martin, our safe school assistant, provides for our staff and students. His presence in the hallways, willingness to step in wherever needed and his involvement with many of our extracurricular activities is a huge asset for our school. You ROCK, Mr. Martin!


LCMS Student Council raised money from the Donut Day fundraiser. They donated $500 to the Meridian Food Bank. Thank you to our students and StuCo for supporting our community!

Ms. Basore's and Ms. Mercer's Math 6 classes are wrapping up ISAT review today by playing Jenga while practicing their math skills.








Idaho Battle of the Books!



As you walk through our hallways, you can almost always see examples of artwork from Mrs. Hansen's students. She is continually finding ways to highlight the amazing work that comes from her art classes! We also appreciate her efforts as our head track coach. You rock, Mrs. Hansen!


Mrs. Meisner’s 8th grade Pre-Engineering students have been building and programming their VEX Bots to run a specific track.









Mrs. Dziurzynski's and Ms. Felter's Math 8 classes partnered with Luigi Novoa, ML Consultant, to figure out the dimensions needed for a soccer field at LCMS. Day 1 was spent engaging in math discussions and figuring out why the Pythagorean Theorem was needed to ensure the field had right angles. Day 2 was spent outside measuring and marking the dimensions on the field. Students were highly engaged in the process. Way to go eighth graders!





FCSII practice knife skills this week and create delightful fruit pizzas.

Monday- Earth Day! : Wear colors/dress up like your favorite season
Tuesday- Duo Day: Batman/Robin, Phineas/Ferb, bacon/eggs
Wed- Teacher/Student Swap: students dress like teachers and teachers like students
Thursday: Spirit Day! Wear School Colors
Friday: Luau: Wear Floral/Bright colors for the dance!


Here’s some fun that goes on in the library at 8th grade lunch time. 8th graders at lunch time playing games like Suspend, Connect 4, cards, and puzzles.







Planning for the ISATs takes a lot of organization and teamwork. Mrs. Mason and Mrs. Shoemaker took the lead and made sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. Thier hard work, training and support had a huge impact on our overall testing schedule. You rock, Megan and Jodi!
