On Friday, we celebrated our November Caught Ya Being Awesome students with high fives! Andrus learners are recognized for being safe, kind, and showing leadership. These students invited their parents to share in the celebration. Thank you to all of our November nominees. We can't wait to do it again for our December Ambassadors! 🎉
Rain and cold weather might mean the end to garden season, but we are proud to say that another 10 pounds of produce are headed to the food bank! We are so happy with our school garden.

Thank you to everyone to attended our Kindness Night. If you were unable to make it, we assembled bags for Mom’s who have babies in the NICU, we colored Valentine cards for residents in an assisted living, we wrote thank you notes to our local fire department, and we tied blankets for foster children. Andrus Elementary loves showing KINDNESS! ❤️

Due to the current level of snow throughout the valley and the predicted continuation of snow, our schools will be experiencing a snow day today, Wednesday, January 10, 2024. School has been canceled and no classes will take place. While the logistics and scheduling may pose a challenge for some, I believe there's a unique magic in the unexpected moments that snow days bring.
Parents, thank you for your understanding. We appreciate your flexibility during these moments. Safety first - please take precautions and enjoy the day responsibly.
