Last weekend our VMS Future Cities teams led by our hard working gifted and talented teacher Elyse Thorpe had a great showing at the annual local Future Cities competition. Here are the results:

While you are updating your calendar to include Monday's (Jan. 22) PTSO meeting at 7 p.m. in the library and also adding "Defend the Den" for your Jan. 26th plans, make sure that all students from VMS do attend school January 24th next week. Due to our recent "snow days" the academic calendar has been updated.

Students, If you're excited to get back to awesome group activities as pictured here from Mrs. Bower's FCS class, don't worry: JAN. 9th ALL STUDENTS RETURN TO SCHOOL for the begin of our second semester. Your second semester schedules can be found on Power School. Please contact our school counselors if you see any problem with your schedule. Any advisory teacher can give you a print out of your schedule, too, if you lost yours before break.
