First Grade had a fun-filled day learning about Agricultural growth in Idaho! We even learned that cows could make crayons! And we got to pet the animals too!
When we returned, we ate apples grown right here in Emmett! Thanks, Idaho, for all the great foods and products!

Mrs. Steiner's project, "Glowing in Creativity," is a glow-in-the-dark project to engage 2nd grade students in word building, spelling, handwriting, decoding, and comprehension! Yesterday was FULL of surprises!!! 🤗 We surprised Mrs. Marshall with 3 laptop carts and she also surprised TWO other teachers, Mrs. Kohli and Mrs. Adams with their very own classroom laptop cart. 🤩 Because Mary McPherson is an older school there aren't many outlets for all the laptops. Fulfilling this wish will mean less tangled cords 🤪 and lost laptops. We'd like to extend a huge thank you 🙏 to all who made this wish a reality, and to all the generous teachers out there who continue to inspire us! ❤️ #wooh #idaholottery
