Before break we had another fun day at CMS! Our 8th grade students got a taste of reality during our annual reality-town event. Students had to create a monthly budget with a simulated income and family. Needless to say, it was an awesome learning experience for them! Thank you to all our community and family volunteers who helped make this possible!

We know we have awesome teachers here at CMS but this one deserves a special shout out! Congratulations Heather McDonald for earning a $1,578 grant for her new photography class this year!

A new semester comes with a fresh start for both staff and students but before we move forward, we must look back and celebrate all the great accomplishments our students achieved. A celebratory assembly was held and many students received rewards for behavioral milestones, academic growth, and academic achievement. We are so proud of our students and are excited for the second half of the year.
