Prom is just around the corner and if you would like to bring a guest to this year's prom, please complete the GUEST PASS form and return it to the CHS main office.

All passes are due by 3:00 pm on Thursday May 8, 2025. No late submissions will be accepted.

Please remember that if your guest is over the age of 18; please provide a copy of their government issued ID.
