While you’re welcome to visit your library anytime, we encourage you to attend a West Ada Days Open House for exclusive tours, library-specific information, and a chance to connect with your community. Plus, enjoy refreshments at each event!

To sign up for a library card, visit any Ada Community Library location with your photo ID and proof of current address. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must be with you to approve the application and show their photo ID and proof of address. You can also apply online at the Ada Victory Branch, but if it doesn't work, visit in person to complete the process.

Explore the “Gear Collection” offering outdoor gear like tents, portable hammocks, and gold panning kits. There are also STEAM kits (robotics, microscopes, musical instruments), wellness kits, and play kits like Cornhole sets and Bocce Ball. Plus, the Memory Connections Resource Center supports those experiencing memory loss and their caregivers.

How to Get a Library Card:
Meridian Library District residents can get a library card by visiting any location with a photo ID and proof of current address. Online applications are also available, but temporary registrations must be completed in person within 30 days.

West Ada Teachers: Get Your Meridian Library District Educator Card!
If you don’t already have a library card at your local Treasure Valley library, you’re eligible for a Meridian Library District Educator Card! Simply bring your school ID to register in person and enjoy free access to all MLD resources. This is a great opportunity to expand your classroom resources and personal learning!
