In order to assist with troubleshooting Teams issues, sign out of Teams completely by following the steps below:

Sign Out

To sign out of Teams, left click your profile picture at the top of the app and select Sign out.

You are signed out and the sign in screen reappears.

Note: If you select the “x” to close the program it will not automatically sign you out.

 Sign In

Enter your West Ada username or email address in the Sign-in address field.

Enter your password in the password field if prompted.

Then choose Sign in
