ARCORO - InfinityHR

ARCORO, or InfinityHR, is your online benefit enrollment portal. It is secure, web-based, and accessible through any device connected to the internet.

Once logged in, you can view and edit current benefit selections.

Log In to ARCORO - InfinityHR

If logged into the West Ada network, you can access the benefit enrollment portal by clicking on the ARCORO icon in Web Apps (Rapid Identity):

You may also access ARCORO - InfinityHR on your smartphone or tablet by entering the following URL into your browser: https://www.infinityhr.com/

Access to ARCORO - InfinityHR is single sign on.

The username is your West Ada email address, and the password was created by you. If you forgot your password, or do not know your username, please utilize the "forgot your password?" or "forgot your username?" links present on the login portal (circled in screenshot below).

Once you've entered your username (example: doe.john@westada.org) and password, click "SIGN IN" to log into the portal. Once you've successfully logged in, you will be directed to your employee homepage:

Once successfully logged in, you can view the current WASD Benefit App, Flipbook, guide, videos, and insurance carrier website links, like Regence Blue Shield of Idaho (located under the Links section on the right-hand side of the employee homepage).

Click the three horizontal lines on the top left of the employee home page to view the site's menu, including events (qualifying life events), benefit statements, and information about current coverage(s).

Why would I need to log in to ARCORO - InfinityHR?

In addition to learning more about your current benefit selections, you may log into ARCORO - InfinityHR to edit your current benefit information.

To make benefit changes outside of New Hire Eligibility Period and Annual Open Enrollment, there must be a qualifying life event.

Examples of Qualifying Event*:

  • Marriage or Divorce

  • Birth or Adoption of a Child

  • Employee, Spouse or Dependent Child qualifying for another benefit plan (i.e., involuntary loss in coverage, spouse employment change, or gain group coverage)

With qualifying events, you have 30 days from the event to make a change to your benefits. Exception – birth or adoption of a child (60 days from date of birth/adoption).

Once logged into ARCORO - InfinityHR, click the dropdown in the Change Events section to begin the process of editing benefit information:

You can submit documentation (see acceptable documentation list on the right) to HR via email - send to hr@westada.org.
