Advanced Placement (AP) / International Baccalaureate (IB)
Advanced Placement (AP) offers college level curricula and examinations to high school students. Colleges and universities may grant placement and course credit to students who obtain high scores on the examinations. AP exams are standardized exams designed to measure how well you’ve mastered the content and skills of a specific AP course, most AP courses have an end-of-year exam. International Baccalaureate (IB) provides an international education by developing inquiring, knowledgeable, confident, and caring young people. IB empowers students to take ownership in their own learning and develop future-ready skills to make a difference and thrive in a world that changes fast. Students in the IB program take examinations upon the completion of courses and may receive credits from colleges and universities based off scores.
