Seven Oaks is a closed campus while students are present. Please report to the main office to sign in and get a badge. Visitors must wear a badge when inside or outside on campus. Thank you for helping us keep safety our first priority.

Our primary concern, as always, is the safety and well-being of all students, staff, and faculty members within our school community. We thank you for your attention to this matter. As a reminder, West Ada School District has implemented the "See, Tell, Now" platform to report any suspicious activity. When you SEE something, TELL someone, NOW!
Parking Lot Information

Seven Oaks Elementary Drop Off, Pick Up, Crosswalk, and Parking Procedures/Restrictions
Safety is a priority at Seven Oaks. Please comply with the following safety procedures during student drop off, pick up, or when parking at SOE during school hours 8:15am - 4:30pm
Before School Student Drop Off 8:45-9:05am Students may arrive at school at 8:45 on M,T,Th,F and at 9:05 on Wed. School begins at 9:05 on M,T,Th,F and 9:20 on Wed.
• Pull into parent parking along the circular drive to the flagpole.
• Students will exit the right side of cars only.
• A 5th grade student valet will assist whenever possible. Drivers are to remain in your cars.
• After drop off, keep right and proceed out the exit. Do not pass cars on the left.

After School Student Pick Up from Seven Oaks 3:55-4:15pm
• Cars line up on Sevenoaks Way to wait and turn left into the parking lot entrance. Please be patient as the line moves quickly starting at 3:55.
• While on Sevenoaks Way, pull up to a close and safe distance behind the car in front of you.
• First come first serve to pick up students along the circular drive at 3:55.
• Pull into parent parking along the circular drive to the flagpole.
• Students will enter the right side of cars only.
• A 5th grade student valet will assist whenever possible. Drivers, please remain in your car.
• After pick up, keep right and proceed out the exit. Do not pass cars on the left.

Parent Parking Lot Procedures 8:15am - 4:30pm
• All lanes in Parent Parking Lot are ONE WAY. See Map
• To park in the parking lot after dropping off or picking up: Proceed toward out the exit and turn left on Sevenoaks Way, re-enter the Parent Parking Lot at the north entrance and turn left into the parking lot area and park.
•Use the PARKING LOT CROSSWALK to walk to and from the building.
•Do not cut across the one-way lane of drop off/pick up traffic.
Staff Parking Lot Restrictions 8:15am - 4:30pm • Staff Parking Lot is for staff and school bus parking ONLY between 8:15-4:30
• Preschool and K-5 parents are not to park in Staff Parking anytime between 8:15am - 4:30pm
• The lane next to the sidewalk is a BUS LANE ONLY. No parking allowed.
• Preschool and Kindergarten parents are not to use the bus lane to pull up or park anytime during the school day.
Preschool Drop Off and Pick Up 8:15am-4:30pm
• Preschool parents are to drop off, pick up, and park in the Parent Parking Lot ONLY
• Preschool parents are not to use the Staff Parking Lot to pull up or park in the bus lanes during school hours.
Be Considerate of Others
• Use crosswalks to cross Sevenoaks Way.
• Be considerate when parking in cul-de-sacs or along neighborhood streets. Park legally and do not block driveways.
• The Seven Oaks parking lots are under the jurisdiction of the WASD and the City of Eagle.
• Repeat violators will be reported to the local police department.
