The Rocky Mountain High School Music Department strives to be a community of musicians that recognizes creativity as an essential aspect of the human experience, and a place where individual and community creativity are blended toward a higher purpose. We prepare students to be lifelong participants in music, as professionals, volunteers in local community and church ensembles, and as audience members. We achieve this through the comprehensive study of the discipline on both a theoretical and practical basis.
