Summer Rugby Sessions

JUNE (10th start date)

Mondays - 7 to 9pm Turf

Tuesdays - 7 to 9pm Weight Room

Wednesdays - 7 to 9pm Turf

Thursdays - 7 to 9pm Weight Room

Saturdays - 9 to 1030am Weight Room

Run 3 times a week

  • 7 minutes - 2 minute rest (4x)

Friday and Sundays are Rest and Recovery days

JULY

Mondays - 7 to 9pm Turf

Tuesdays - 7 to 9pm Weight Room

Wednesdays - 7 to 9pm Turf

Thursdays - 7 to 9pm Weight Room

Saturdays - 9 to 1030am Weight Room

AUGUST (12th start date)

Mondays - 7 to 9pm Turf

Tuesdays - 7 to 9pm Turf

Wednesdays - 7 to 9pm Turf

Thursdays - 7 to 9pm Turf

Saturdays - 9 to 1030am Pitch

Plan on Turf, but may be on Grass due to other sports

Official practices begin on August 12th and will run M-Th 7-9pm and Saturdays from 9-10:30am.

Retreat will be Aug 16th and 17th. Details to come later. Plan on 3pm Friday- 10pm Saturday

Please make sure you sign up with your Aktivate account. Physicals and signed paper work will need to be uploaded to this site. Details throughout the summer will be given. All Freshman, Juniors and new athletes need to have a physical completed in order to compete for any sport.
