Abby is a Boise native who attended Rocky Mountain High school and played on their lacrosse team. While she was there they won back to back state championships.

After high school, Abby attended Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado where she graduated with a Bachelors degree in Sports Administration. She also spent all four years there playing Division II lacrosse in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.

After graduation she began coaching a club team here in the valley. This will be her second season coaching at Owyhee. She is super excited to see what is in store for season 2!

Meg Sheehan

Meg is originally from Westlake Village, California but has found her way here through attending Boise State University. She attended Cal Poly University where she graduated with a Bachelors degree in History and recently completed her Masters in Secondary Education specializing in history through BSU.

She has played for 15 years and has experience playing at the Division I level at St Mary's. Meg has coached from the youth level all the way up to college.

This school year she not only will be coaching with us for the second season but gets to also be in the classroom! Meg is teaching history at OHS. She is super excited to be in the classroom and out on the field.
