MVHS Attendance Information
We are thrilled to introduce our new online absence reporting system! To make the process easier, simply scan the QR code or click the link for Absence Reporting.
This streamlined system involves two simple steps. First, complete the short form and submit it to confirm that you are a parent or guardian listed in PowerSchool. You will then receive an immediate email confirmation of your verification.
Next, in the confirmation email, click the link provided to report your student’s absence. We hope this new system enhances your experience! For a Permit to Leave campus please call the attendance line at 208-855-4063.

Moving forward, please use MVHSattendance@westada.org to submit any Dr. notes. This email address will only be monitored for attendance notes and anyone wishing to excuse their child must call the attendance line: 208-855-4063
When calling in an absence for CTE you must call CTE school to report absence.
Please use our attendance line to report your student absences or to request a Permit to Leave. If you get the attendance line voice mail, please leave a message. The attendance secretary is listening to messages every few minutes.
Attendance Office needs at least one (1) hour notice.
The WHY'S:
P.E. students are difficult to locate.
In effort to minimize disruption to academic time, we do not interrupt class with phone calls. Passes are the approved method.
Student aids run PLT’s at the beginning of each class period.
We do not run PLT’s between 10:30 and 11:45 as we have no aids.
