Who is eligible for a private lesson scholarship?
Any student enrolled in Symphonic Band or Percussion Ensemble 

How do I enroll in scholarships for private lessons?
Have your parent/Guardian send an email to Mr. Breuer asking for more information. 

Are there any additional requirements for students in lessons?
Yes. Students taking lessons and receiving a scholarship need to do the following:

1. Participate in all fundraisers
2. Attend lessons weekly (cancellations are paid by student)
3. Pay it Forward: Lesson students must find someone in their section to work with once a week. Teaching skills to others is one of the BEST ways to retain information learned. Sharing the information will make the MHS Band program stronger.
4. Audition for Idaho All-State Honor Band, All-Northwest Honor Band and the Boise Philharmonic Youth Orchestra
5. Prepare and perform a solo for DIII Solo festival
6. Participate and perform if selected to the: Blue Thunder Honor Marching Band, BSU All-Star Honor Band, and Idaho All-State Solo Festival
