My name is Amanda Glindeman. I attended both the University of Idaho and Boise State University, receiving my degree from BSU in 2006. I began teaching at Joplin the following fall. This is my 11th year teaching! I taught fifth grade, my first year. I then moved to kindergarten for 5 years. I finally "graduated" to first grade, which I taught for 2 years. I am now teaching second grade!
In addition to being a teacher, I am also a mom. I have two daughters, Skyla is 18 and Mailee is 14. They both attended Joplin, as well. When not at school I am spending time with my family. I also enjoy being outdoors and take advantage of the Boise River and Greenbelt.
I look forward to teaching at Joplin Elementary for many wonderful, rewarding years to come!
