Athletes that DO NOT attend EMS:

• Athletes MUST live within EMS boundaries.  

• Register for sports through AKTIVATE on our EMS homepage.  Note that each sport will require registration just prior to the start of that sport (Example:  Football registration is in August, Wrestling registration is in November/December, Tennis registration is in the spring).

• Bring payment to our bookkeeping office by each sport's deadline:

  • -  $22.25 Athletic Fee

  • $90.00 Pay to Participate Fee - 3rd sport is FREE! 

• Please bring a proof of residency to the bookkeeping office with payment. A copy will be made for our records.  (Utility bill, Lease Agreement, etc.  Something with the family name, address, and a date within the last 3 months)

AIR QUALITY - we monitor the data on several websites to determine the air quality for the Eagle area at the time of practice.  This changes continually.  We'll do our best to make sure we follow the guidelines.  If you feel it is unsafe for your child to attend a practice, please communicate with their coach.    http://airquality.deq.idaho.gov/.   Click the tiny circle that reads at St. Luke's.

Please understand that we send information, routinely, through email and parent newsletters.  If your child does NOT attend EMS, then you are not in our system and do not receive these updates.  However, you can get all of this information by CHECKING THIS WEBSITE.  Information is changing rapidly at this time.  When we have new information....we provide it here.
