TO TRYOUT/PRACTICE, ALL PLAYERS MUST :

1. Register through Aktivate - West Ada's new registration program for all extracurricular activities

2. Physical Form must be uploaded in Aktivate (no paper copies) for all athletes. New, updated physicals are required for Freshman and Junior athletes

TO COMPETE IN MATCHES PLAYERS MUST HAVE:

3. EHS ASB Activity Card ($44.50)

4. Pay-to-Participate Fee ($110)
