2nd semester schedule change and you believe you qualify for a schedule change, please submit a Schedule Change Request Form (Below).
No changes will be made via email or phone--the form is really your place in line for me to review your request. Please make sure you have followed the instructions on the form. Incorrect or incomplete forms will not be processed, due to our class sizes, not all changes will be feasible.
