ATTENTION:

1. All of the gear that was ordered through Reverie Design is in. I will bring it to weightlifting today. 11/1/24.

2. Make sure you don't forget to pay our trainer for weightlifting for the month of November.

Green vs. Black Series:

2 games to 1, Black leads the series. Game 4 will be on Monday at 3:40pm.

Month of November: No baseball during the month of November. We will focus on weightlifting only. Rest your arms. We want our players to take the month off. We will resume in December with a throwing program they can follow. It is important we give our players a rest, that means no throwing, outside lessons, etc. This is a great time to get ahead in school and focus on your strength training.

Fundraising Goal now through December 15: Our Goal is to sell 12 to 15 legacy bricks for our backstop wall.

December 2: This is our first day back to baseball. We will begin a throwing program for all players in our program. It is important we rest our arms in November. I will post a schedule of times soon as we will most likely be indoors unless it is dry outside.
