The best part of my career:

Students are the best part of my job and why I became a teacher.

Goals as a teacher:

My daily goal is to get students moving and help them to develop a love for physical activity.  My hope is to create lifelong habits that increase the quality, length, and happiness of student's lives.

An important part of physical activity that is sometimes overlooked? The benefits to your mental and emotional health, not just physical. I call working out my therapy. ;-)

Hobbies:

Quality time with my family and friends (same best friend since 3rd Grade(Craig), eating yummy food/cooking, going to the movies, hiking (Zion’s Park), working in my yard, home improvements, lifting weights, and music.

I love to travel, I spent a week in London, England in Jan of 2020. I frequent Galt, Ca and St. George, Utah. Future trips: Ireland, and Sweden.

Favorite treats/foods

Mexican food (tacos), sushi, steak, asparagus with bacon and parmesan cheese, Snickers, cheesecake, apples with peanut butter.
