Hello Chaparral families!  I started teaching in West Ada school district in 1990. (Please do not try to figure out my age...)  I have lived in Idaho since I was 3.  My husband John works Eagle Lumber Products.  We have two daughters.  Covid-19 messed with our plans to be empty nesters by now...:)  I have split my career between teaching second and third grades.  I taught for 2 years in San Sebastian, Spain.  I have graduated from BSU three times...a bit of a chronic student.  Our family fosters mama and puppies for Boise Bully Breed most every summer.  I love to garden, read, and help turn little people into smart, kind grown-ups ready to take on life!
